Harvey River - Chardonnay 750ml COL-GH10025 Style/ Variety: Champagne"Ideal for the spring season, this modern and refreshing Chardonnay offers flavours of ripe peach and dried fruits, complemented by hints of cedar and almond complexity. This single vineyard Chardonnay, situated on the Harvey plains, was harvested during the cool night hours and pressed early in the morning. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, with the wine left on yeast lees during maturation. A blend of French oak barrels
